JD Russo continuously referred to indifference throughout his talk. Indifference is common throughout society; however, to invoke change, people need to start caring about matters that are important. It is important to refrain from indifference in any situation when there are others that one has to deal with. When I am learning new things at the pharmacy or talking with a customer, I need to think about helping everyone as much as I can.

Through my services, people will be able to get the medications that they need to help survive.
